What it does
The Fridge Wizard is a compact, D-battery powered fridge ozonator designed for fridge odour control. With no cords or outlets needed, it fits on any shelf.

How to use it
- Take the unit out of its protective plastic.
- Press both side tabs at once to separate the top half from the battery compartment, then put in four D batteries (not included), matching the + and − marks.
- Snap the halves firmly back together and press the power button. A green flash every 2 seconds means it's working.
- Place it on the top shelf of your fridge.
For best results
- Start it in the evening, so the fridge stays closed for the first 6–8 hours.
- Keep it on the top shelf. Ozone is heavier than air and settles downward.
- Leave it in the fridge. Only take it out briefly to change batteries, since condensation can damage it.
How it runs
A built-in microprocessor runs it automatically. After an initial activation period, it switches on for short periods every few hours, and the green light flashes while it's operating. When the light turns red, replace the batteries, then repeat the activation steps above.
Battery info
Runs on D batteries — no cords or outlets required.
Takes 4 D batteries (not included). Battery life is about 75 days per set of 4 D batteries. When the light turns red, it's time for fresh ones (then repeat the activation steps). Use a matching set of new batteries of the same type, and recycle used ones properly.
What's in the box
One Fridge Wizard unit with a lightweight ABS plastic housing. Batteries are sold separately. Size: about 13 × 13 × 6.5 cm (5 × 5 × 2.5 in).
Safety
- Don't open the top half, and don't put the unit in the freezer.
- Avoid breathing ozone directly from the top vents.
- Don't take it out of the fridge while it's running.
- Keep it away from children.
